The objective of the Proteomics Unit it to support scientific research by offering a full range of proteomic technologies, by providing consulting services and making aware the scientific community of the biological applications of proteomic technologies.
We offer 1D and 2D SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE), image analysis, automated in-gel proteolytic digestion and mass spectrometry.

Description

Proteomics Platform of CH Universitario A Coruña is located in the Biomedical Research Centre (INIBIC). CHUC Proteomics Platform has signed in 2007 a contract with UDC Proteomics Unit with the objective to improve the quality and the number of offered services. Our main goal is to offer research and knowledge support in the Proteomics field to the different laboratories inside and outside CHUC and UDC, by offering a wide range of proteomics techniques, spanning from Differential Display Proteomics, MS and MS/MS analysis to Protein and Peptide Profiling by LC-MS/MS.
