Description

The Proteomics Facility of the University of Córdoba has users from all over the Andaloussian territory covering all areas in the Biosciences from human pathology to environmental biomarkers through plant and animal Physiology, among others. This facility is part of the Andaloussian Platform for Genomics, Proteomics and Bioinformatics. The Facility has a fully equipped laboratory for 2D electrophoresis and a robotic line for spot picking, digestion and deposition onto MALDI plates. It also harbours the AB 4700 Proteomics Analyzer, the AB 4000 QTrap and the Thermo LTQ ion traps; one Agilent 1100 series HPLC and one LCPackings nanoHPLC equipped with a Probot collector.
