Training, education and diffusion

The specific objectives of training, education and diffusion are:

Promote activities directed to the training of candidates incorporated to the proteomics units of ProteoRed network, and of the people working in the proteomic units of the network in new proteomic methodologies.

Promote activities directed to the education of scientists in general in the area of proteomics.

Promote activities of advertising directed to the diffusion of the training and education activities.

Current activities:

Within the Educational Programs of proteomics technologies and applications of ProteoRed, we are developing several Courses, Workshops and Laboratory networking. Activities planned for 2008 and beginning 2009 are held on this website.

Bidimensional gel electrophoresis and protein analysis by mass spectrometry.

Quantification of proteins using isobaric mass tags (iTRAQ)
