Internationalization and coordination with other proteomic consortia or international platforms

The specific objectives of internationalization are:
Contact with the selected international proteomics consortia for collaboration agreements, diffusion activities and protocols standardization.
Specifically, a tight relationship is established with HUPO international project and EuPA through Jose María Mato and Juan Pablo Albar associated and general coordinators of ProteoRed platform.
To develop a strategy at ProteoRed for establishing collaborations, formation activities, protocols standardization, reference samples, scientific and technological developments with the selected international consortia, networks or technological platforms.

- Human Proteome Organization, HUPO. Liver group.
- European Proteomics Association, EuPA. Educational Committee.
- Portuguese Mass Spectrometric Network, ITQB. Portugal.
- Protuguese Proteomics Network, ProCura. Portugal.
- Turku Center for Biotechnology. Finland.
